we roamed the city in the fog

Who on SDR has eaten RAW Crystal LSD.

I have, and i'm just wondering who else around has.

I did it with friends at the Merry Time Hall during a Wailers show back in 96. We had a bindle of about 1000/1500 mcg worth of LSD. We poured the crys into a juicy juice and shared it amongst our self's (there was five of us). What a trip I had. The Brother Hood of Light was there doing the lighting and oil projections. The entire interior of the hall was washed in multi colored oil projections which were done by several guys (who look as high as me and my friends) on over head projectors and were manipulating the bowls of oil and water by hand. There was also some cool screens going with video visuals. And the sound was fucking intense, there was literally more bass bins there then at a lot of the raves I've been too. I swore for a minute (or two) that Bunny Wailer was Bob Marley.

after wards we roamed the city in the fog. One of the best nights of my life.

If any of you have any stories of which contain the use of a shit load of acid or rare psychedelics that will be cool to hear too.

tripping on the symbol of money

Did my first blotter in Berlin.
Went to a club totally fucked up.
Got into a line with a bill in my hands tripping on the symbol of money.
Flipped out.
Pulled myself together
had the time of my life.

I think you just have to be in the mood. Let yourself flow. Music unites everyone !
Go for it. Enjoy the ride (don't forget this)

snowman

Honestly the first time I did LSD I was 15 and at a rave. I had an AMAZING AND MAGICAL AND WONDERFUL TIME!!! The LSD was called snowman, and it was really potent. I had long black hair that week and was always sullen, then a week later I had bright green hair and baggy pants on and spent the next 10 years seeking out as much LSD as I could find.

I knew I had found my 'destiny' at that point.

to spread the love.

Just so yall know, it is possible to have a terrific time on LSD at a rave.

“Charlie is missing a room, its called the OD room, where girls, you know, they’re all living in this house, if they OD they press a little button on the wall and have an in-house doctor you know, and so that no-one has to get rushed to the emergency room."

"Newsflash, I’m special. The only thing I’m addicted to right now is winning. My success rate is 100%. I was shackled and oppressed by the cult of AA for 22 years. I finally extracted myself from their troll hole and started living my life the way I want to live it. I have a disease? Bullshit. I cured it right now with my mind."

Soma: Höller

"Carsten Höller's latest exhibition at the Hamburger Bahnhof Museum in Berlin takes its title from the mythical drink referred to in ancient Hindu texts, a liquid that is supposed to have been consumed by gods and mortals seeking enlightenment. It is said that reindeer urine and hallucinogenic mushrooms formed the base of the elixir, and it is up to the viewer in Höller’s installation to infer whether or not the roaming animals have imbibed elements of this mythical drink. Who, he seems to ask, is the control group in this experiment? Höller has devised a fantastical scenario that stands at the crossroads between art and science, laboratory and dream, supposed objectivity and heightened subjectivity.

Linguists, anthropologists, mycologists, and botanists alike have been searching for the composition of soma for millennia. Sifting through Sanskrit verses, they aimed at uncovering its compounds, but no consensus has yet been reached. In his life-size experiment, Höller continues the research done by American scientist Gordon R. Wasson, whose 1968 thesis on the origin and makeup of the potent potable informed the artist’s inquiry. Höller’s fantasy land can also be your home for one night – for the price of 1,000 euros (stay includes a nighttime tour of the museum with a guard, as well as breakfast)." (Artobserved)

dream home is meth lab nightmare

"Jenn Friberg and Rob Quigley bought their four-bedroom house on Jefferson Avenue in March. The 108-year-old house had everything they were looking for in a starter home: old world charm, a backyard and plenty of space for a nursery in the future. Roughly five days after they moved in, Quigley learned from a neighbor that the house had been a meth lab. hocked, he retreated indoors and typed his new address into a Google search bar. There it was in black and white: Their home was listed on the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration's National Clandestine Laboratory Registry, a list of addresses where local authorities have reported finding drug manufacturing facilities or dumps. The couple complained of having headaches, sore throats and difficulty breathing after moving in -- all symptoms of possible methamphetamine exposure. "It was really odd," Quigley said. "I would go to work and it would go away. I would come home and it would just start again." Quigley and Friberg said they can't afford the cleanup or a lawyer. They are paying nearly $2,000 a month for the mortgage, utilities and storage fees. The thought the house being foreclosed makes them sick. They've started the blog Our Meth House to vent their frustrations and seek help. "We never would have imagined in a million years that this could have potentially been a meth house. It's totally unreal to us," Friberg said. "I want justice."

back to the crossroads

You had to be with the right people when you were taking acid, otherwise beware. Brian on acid, for example, was a loose cannon. Either he'd be incredibly relaxed and funny or he'd be one of the cats that would lead you down the bad road when the good road closes. And suddenly you're going there down the street of paranoia. And on acid you can't really control it. Why am I going into his black dot? I just don't want to go there. Let's go back to the crossroads and see if the good road opens. I want to see that flock of birds again and have a few astounding ideas for playing and find the Lost Chord. The holy grail of music, very fashionable at the time. There were a lot of Pre-Raphaelites running around in velvet with scarves tied to their knees, like the Ornsby-Gores, looking for the Holy Grail, the Lost Court of King Arthur UFOs, and ley lines. alchemy labs

"(inventor of mephedrone) Mr. Llewellyn's business is cruising along largely unimpeded. He and eight employees make drugs in a pair of "underground" labs—one in Holland and a new, $190,000 lab in Scotland. He hawks his wares online at www.alchemylabz.eu, taking payment by bank transfer. He advertises some of the drugs by their formal chemical name and some by nicknames like Euforia or XT. Mr. Llewellyn says he expects governments to catch wind of Nopaine soon and ban it. Anticipating the move, he says he's got dozens of other products ready to go, including a drug similar to the horse anesthetic Ketamine and something else he claims to be "the closest thing to Ecstasy that ever existed." By the time officials crack down, he says, "we are going to bring out something else."

do the right thing

"People – scientists and civilians alike – often associate intelligence with positive life outcomes. The fact that more intelligent individuals are more likely to consume alcohol, tobacco, and psychoactive drugs tampers this universally positive view of intelligence and intelligent individuals. Intelligent people don’t always do the right thing, only the evolutionarily novel thing."
